Amazing Superfood

This is what I have growing in my garden.  Its all natural, organic with no pesticides, herbicides or other chemicals sprayed on it.  Dandelion leaves are extremely good for you and provide the body with essential nutrients.  Below are some of the benefits this wonderful leafy green vegetable provides.
