Spartan 1000


Saturday November 10th, 2012 – 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm

This is a Killer Workout, where there will be lots of Blood, Sweat, & Tears (ok maybe not blood) but definitely sweat and tears!

The Spartan 1000 Warrior Workout:

100 Jump Squats

200 Push-Ups

300 Sit-Ups

400 Burpees

OR… The Spartan Jr. Warrior Workout:

50 Jump Squats

100 Push-Ups

150 Sit-Ups

200 Burpees

Are you READY for this Challenge?  Are you a WARRIOR?!  

ANYONE can do this challenge.  Not only will this challenge your body physically, BUT this will definitely challenge you mentally.

This event will be a lot of fun with refreshments, healthy snacks, amazing music and of course, a killer SPARTAN WORKOUT!

The challenge will take between 1-2 hours (depending on your fitness level).

What to bring:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Water Bottle (or 2)
  • Towel
  • Workout Gear
