As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist( R.H.N.) my main objective is to educate individuals about the benefits and health impact of optimal nutrition.

Mainstream medicine does not emphasize the significance of poor nutrition as a major cause of a wide range of health disorders. Although most people are aware of the benefits of sound nutrition, the range of conflicting information available to the consumer is often confusing.  I guide my  clients through the maze of information from books, magazines, supplements and diets on the market. I work with them to identify and help correct the nutritional causes of diseases, and design personalized diet and lifestyle programs that optimize health.

I follow the basis of the NAG diet with all my clients.  It stands for Natural, Alive and Good quality.

NATURAL – means that food is unrefined, unprocessed and in its natural state (whole grains and legumes).  Our bodies don’t know how to handle food that is processed or filled with chemicals and will eventually result in “dis-ease”.

ALIVE – means that the food still contains live enzymes such as fruits, vegetables and sprouts.  Whenever we cook out food, we are essentially destroying the vital life in that food, which puts stress on our body to digest it.

 GOOD QUALITY – means that food is grown in soil rich in essential nutrients (pesticide free and grown  without synthetic fertilizers).  Today’s conventional soil contains significantly less nutrients and contains more pesticides than years ago.  This allows nutritionally deficient foods to flourish, which means less nutrients into our body.

1st Assessment/Consultation – $120

I use this session to gather information about yourself and the state of your health.  I will review your lifestyle forms and your 3 day food log (needs to be completed prior to 1st visit).  My goal is to EDUCATE you about food and nutrition and I will provide you with some nutritional recommendations you can start using right away.  Length – 60-75 mins

2nd Session – $75

This usually take place 5-7 days after the initial consultation.  This is where I use all your information you provided me in the first session and I come up with a detailed, customized nutritional plan to meet your needs.  We go over your goals and put this plan into action.  Length – 45 mins

Follow – Ups – $50

This is where we review your goals and your health after you have executed the plan.  These sessions can be used as motivators to keep you going or just as a check up to see how you are doing with your health.  Length – 30 mins
